When Will My Shipment Arrive?

Katz Eye™ focusing screens are made to order and generally will not ship the day the order is placed. Our estimated production timeframe is given on each product description page and will be printed in your confirmation email. The estimate on the website will change depending on current production demands, but we will ship within the timeframe quoted in your confirmation email. Shipping time will of course depend on the shipping method you chose, but we will send a confirmation email with tracking information when your parcel ships. You may also check the status of your order and get real-time tracking information on our Order Tracking page. If you would like a status update or feel you may have missed your shipment confirmation email, please feel free to contact us at any time.
