Manufacturing Time
KatzEye™ focusing screens are custom made to order right here in our own factory, so it will usually take about 5 business days to process your order. Standard options such as OptiBrite and gridlines will not affect your delivery time, but custom designed gridline patterns may add slight additional manufacturing time.
Current Status -
As of 09/02/2010 production is running normally and orders are being completed in 1-3 business days from the date they were placed.
Shipping
KatzEye™ Optics offers several shipping options for International and USA customers. Our standard shipping services are provided by the US Postal Service and UPS®. If you would like to arrange shipping by a different carrier, please
contact us. Please note that choice of shipping will not affect manufacturing times as discussed above. All shipments are F.O.B. Adams, Massachusetts, USA.
United States Options

USPS Priority Mail - Starts At $6.65
US only, 3-5 business day delivery time to most areas. Includes delivery confirmation, but tracking is not updated until delivery. Includes full value insurance. Price increases slightly for higher value packages. |

US only, 1-2 business day delivery time to most areas. Includes full value insurance and online tracking. Price increases slightly for higher value packages. |

International Options
Please Note: Quoted international shipping times do not include possible customs bureau delays in the destination country. Customs clearance time is beyond our control, and because customs bureaus vary greatly from country to country, we cannot estimate how long clearance will take.
KatzEye™ Optics complies fully with all US and International laws regarding shipment documentation. We will not falsify shipping documents to evade applicable duties and/or taxes!

Express Mail International - $26 to $35 by Destination
Expedited Air Service (3-6 business days) - Tracking ability to most countries and full value insurance included (up to $500). Additional fees for customs brokerage will be assessed by the local courier and collected at the time of delivery in some countries. Customer will be responsible for all duties/taxes/VAT assessed by their local customs bureau, which will be collected at the time of delivery. |

UPS® Services - Price Varies by Destination
UPS® international shipping services come with full customs expediting, full tracking ability, and full value insurance. Customs brokerage fees are included in the quoted price. However, customer will still be responsible for all duties/taxes assessed by their local customs bureau, which will be collected at the time of delivery.
